This scrape was cut short due to abnormally large bandwidth usage for such trivial requests hence the small dataset after dedupe.
- Abnormal bandwidth usage - 1GB of bandwidth was used for 500k+ requests, compared to proxies.gg for example 1gb of bandwidth, consumed less than 800mb over the course of 1.5mil+ requests, this brand is rather new suggesting they are reselling, by process of elimination its clear they are reselling off infiniteproxies due to networking based identification techniques for their software. infiniteproxies has been known to "overcharge" its users requests in terms of bandwidth which is very obvious here. our script runs at very high threads to speed up the scrape, when running very low threads the bandwidth is charged normally but when running high threads around 46% or more bandwidth is consumed during this period.
- High duplicate IP's - While this scrape was rather small the number of duplicate ips is unfathomably high, 65.62% of all requests returned duplicate IP's compared to the previous scrape of proxies.gg with only a 10% duplicate count suggesting a much larger pool.
- 3/10 - We give this provider a 3 out of 10, minus 5 for faking bandwidth usage, minus 2 for very small pool, and finally a minus 1 for high vpn / datacenter count.
